Fitness Areas

The fitness areas include the activity room, the track, the cardio area, and the weight area.

Guide for a safe workout:

  • Masks are required in all fitness areas except when utilizing a cardio machine on the cardio floor. 
  • Patrons should respect physical distancing while working out.  
  • If you are using a mask during your work out, here are some tips
  • Max capacities in each space will be a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached in an area, patrons will be redirected to the activity room as an overflow room. 
  • Machines in the cardio area that are closed off will be alternated every other week for use and deep cleaning.  
  • Staff spotting has been suspended. Staff may save spot a patron if they are unable to lift the weight and are in danger of injury or death.  
  • Individuals are asked to only spot each other if they share a household. 
  • Circuit training is unavailable to avoid increased high touch points with equipment. 
  • Disinfectant wipes are available to individuals to clean the equipment after use. 
  • Yoga mats are required for any workout that involves laying on the ground. Clean mats may be checked out at the front desk. They must be returned after use for cleaning. Mat sharing is not allowed. 
  • Equipment that can be adequately cleaned between uses is available for check out. These include:  
    • Yoga Mats 
    • Resistance bands
