SHRM is the leading voice of the human resource profession. It represents the interests of more than 76,000 professional and student members from around the world.

Membership requirements

All students interested in human resource management are invited to join; especially those majoring in Human Resource Management.

Membership requirements

Students with any major are eligible for membership; especially those with an interest in business and marketing. Although undergraduate students comprise a majority of the membership, a student of any classification may join if they are in good standing with the University.

Application for membership

May be picked up in the M&M Department office, in BA 202.

National Organization

The national organization, with 45,000 members and 125 university chapters, sponsors national and regional conferences, career fairs and a data base.
