PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The B.S. and B.A. in Liberal Studies consist of the following elements:

1. Four core courses (12 advanced hours)

  LIBS 300 Introduction to Liberal Studies

  LIBS 340: Seminar in Critical Inquiry

  LIBS 360: From Question to Creation: The Practice and Production of Knowledge

  LIBS 400 Liberal Studies Senior Seminar

2. Concentration in one subject area (24 hours with at least 15 advanced hours) Related or complementary field (15 hours with at least 9 advanced hours)
