The department is recruiting 10 graduate students as the department's official Outreach Ambassador.

An Outreach Ambassador's responsibilities include:

• Actively participating and assuming the lead role in promoting the graduate and undergraduate programs offered at our department (i.e., B.S. in Computer Science, B.S. in Computer Information Systems, M.S. in Computer Science, and M.S. in Computational Science)
• Officially representing the department's student body in meeting and greeting potential and new students

As tokens of appreciation, the ambassador will receive the following benefits:

• Official Title at the department
• Web presence: A portrait photo and short self-introduction will be posted on the department's website
• Other perks including lunch coupons and promotional materials

Each ambassador needs to serve in the position for at least one year.
