Student Resources

LEARNING RESOURCES:

The CHEC provides learning resources to support class instruction and student success.  Ask staff in the Student Service Center for more information about the CHEC learning resources, including:

• Wireless internet access 
• Access to home university library catalog and research databases 
• Photocopier 
• Laser printers 
• Study area 
• Adaptive technology 
• TexShare interlibrary loan service 

COMPUTERS & PRINTING:

CHEC computer labs are available to all students registered for courses offered through CHEC. Hours are posted each semester.  The CHEC also has free wireless access throughout the building.

Students may print and make copies using a TRACcard, which can be purchased in the Student Services Center.

BOOKSTORE & TEXTBOOKS:

The CHEC does not have an on-site bookstore.  Students must order their books through the main campus bookstore. To learn which textbook is assigned for a specific class and to order, please visit A&M-Commerce’s online bookstore: http://www.amcbookstore.com/home.aspx

LIBRARY:

The CHEC does not have an on-site library.  Students interested in library materials should visit the Library webpage for more information.  Articles, books, and other library materials ordered from other campuses via inter/intra-library loan will be delivered directly to the CHEC or student.
