Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - Effective October 1st, 2017

The Testing Center of Texas A&M University-Commerce has limited seating at each session; therefore, it is to your advantage to schedule early for any exam.  Due to limited seating and availability in our computer lab and in order to expedite rescheduling and processing any potential refund, appointments cannot be canceled or rescheduled through email!

Exams require an administration fee that must be paid prior to exams.  All administration fees paid to our testing center are non-refundable.  The fees must be paid through the University’s Testing Center MarketPlace website at least 24-hours in advance of the exam. Exams dates must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase.

NOTE: Administration and test fees may not be transferable to another date or refunded if you are not allowed to test due to not having the proper identification, arriving late, or violating other Testing Center policies and procedures. Testers who do not call to cancel or reschedule their exam prior to their test day are considered 'no shows' and must repay the administration fee to reschedule their exam.

Rescheduling Policy

Testers who cancel exam appointments according to our cancellation policy (within 24hrs or 72hrs for Monday exams), may reschedule once without penalty.  In order to reschedule without forfeiting any administration and test fees (excluding exams through a third-party – see list below), the rescheduled exam must take place within 60 days of the cancellation date.  Exams not taken within the 60 days will require the tester to pay the administration fee again in order to schedule another testing date.

Testers who need to reschedule a proctored/correspondence exam, must get their institution/instructor’s approval and have the institution/instructor email supporting documentation within three business days to testingoffice@tamuc.edu.  Once received, the tester may call our office to arrange a new testing day and time.
