Steps for Completion of Graduation Application

The majority of correspondence is sent to your University assigned email account.  Check your email and this website frequently for updates.

 


  • Step 1 Meet with your departmental advisor

    The Registrar’s Office cannot advise you or make substitutions.  To ensure your success for meeting graduation requirements, you must meet with your advisor PRIOR to applying for graduation.

    NOTE: If you are a College of Business UNDERGRADUATE student, you should have completed your graduation checkout with your department already.  If you have NOT done so, please complete the checkout process as laid out on the College of Business website.

    As a College of Business GRADUATE student, you should ignore this step (see your academic advisor).  Once you complete the application for graduation, your name will be submitted to our office.  We will review and if we find any issues with your graduation request will contact you immediately.

    Step 2 Read this graduation information before you apply.

    Step 3 Application for Graduation. Access MyLeo to apply. The application will be available on your myLeo account only during the application period.

    Step 4 Review the information regarding commencement

    Step 5 Fill out Permanent Alumni Record Information
