USPS Priority Mail within U.S.

To receive documents within the U.S., students will need to either set-up mailing below through U.S. Postal Service or express mail through FedEx or DHL by clicking here.     

If you are requesting an updated I-20 for OPT or lost/damaged I-20 then please note there is a separate request form here to receive an updated I-20.  

For domestic (within the U.S.) mailing students may chose USPS Priority Mail 2-Day Flat Rate which has a general delivery time of 2 business days. Allow the ISSS up to 2 business days to process your shipment.  Please note this option is only for mailing documents (for example...I-20, EAD card, receipt notice) within the U.S.  The cost for the shipping is non-refundable by ISSO and tracking is provided with this mailing option.  To set-up Priority Mail 2-Day Flat Rate click here and follow the instructions below:

  • Select Mailing Documents
  • Select Priority Mail U.S. 2-Day Flat Rate (1 item only)
  • Click Add to Cart and then Checkout
  • You may register with the website but this is not necessary
  • The Delivery Address will be the address where your document is shipped.  Be sure to provide a correct address to avoid delays or failure of delivery.
  • Select Continue Unregistered
  • Provide your credit card information and billing address and click continue
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number
  • Once your shipment has been processed by the ISSO you will receive an email with your tracking number

Please note that the ISSS is not responsible for items lost by USPS during transit.  Allow the ISSS up to 2 business days to process your shipment. Students must provide a correct Delivery Address to ensure the package is delivered to the correct address.  Failure to provide a correct address may result in denial of delivery and the student will not receive a refund and have to make payment to have the document(s) mailed again.
