Scheduling Priority One ~ Academic Departments

1. First priority scheduling includes Academic department(s) housed in the building.

2. Reservations can be made through virtual web request system at http://ems.tamuc.edu. For our online virtual web request system, you will need to contact (903) 886-5809 to set-up your log in account. If you need help completing your request, please contact (903) 886-5809. You will receive an email confirmation once the reservation has been confirmed in our system.

3. Changes or cancellation of your reservation must be submitted two business days in advance (48 hours) by calling the Scheduling Office (903.886.5809) or via email to RSCScheduling@tamuc.edu. Failure to cancel an event is a no-show violation. A $25 fee may be assessed for complex set-ups and multiple no-show violations.

Scheduling Priority Two ~ Departments

1. Second priority scheduling includes Academic Departments and University affiliated groups sponsored by the faculty or administration of the department.

2. Reservations are made through virtual web request system at http://ems.tamuc.edu. For our online virtual web request system, you will need to contact (903) 886-5809 to set up your log in account. If you need help completing your request, please contact (903) 886-5809. You will receive an email confirmation once the reservation has been confirmed in our system.

1. Third priority scheduling includes recognized student organizations.

2. Reservations can be made through virtual web request system at http://ems.tamuc.edu. For our online virtual web request system, you will need to contact (903) 886-5809 to set up your log in account. If you need help completing your request, please contact (903) 886-5809. You will receive an email confirmation once the reservation has been confirmed in our system.

3. Changes or cancellation of your reservation must be submitted two business days in advance (48 hours) by calling the Scheduling Office (903.886.5809) or via email to RSCScheduling@tamuc.edu. Failure to cancel an event is a no-show violation. A $25 dollar fee may be assessed. A student group may lose its privileges for multiple no-show violations. Events other than academic must be reserved through the Scheduling Office located on the second floor of the Sam Rayburn Student Center. By reserving your room online our office we coordinate with the Facilities Department to ensure your room is ready for use.
