Information Tables

Information tables and tables for Recognized Student Organizations for solicitation on campus will be allowed at the Rayburn Student Center (RSC). We do not permit credit card company sales of any kind.

All solicitation activities must be scheduled through the Scheduling Office, 2nd floor. Only recognized student organizations and University departments may reserve table spaces without a fee. Proceeds of all such sales must be for the benefit of the organization/department. Requests are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Each reserved location will be provided with one (1) six foot table and two chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available upon request.

Recognize Student Organizations that reserve tables and fail multiple times to utilize the space may be denied future use.

Amplified sound at tables must not disturb others utilizing that same space. You should immediately reduce the volume at your table if requested by a Sam Rayburn Student Center employee.

Off-campus vendors soliciting merchandise must be sponsored by an organization or department on campus. Off campus vendors are charged 15% of their sales which are “cashed out” the same day to the student center. Should an off campus vendor select to distribute materials associated with their business, a fee of $35 will be assessed.

Permission for exceptions for any Priority III group must come from the Associate Director. A fee will be assessed for that space.

Texas A&M University-Commerce assumes no liability for the quality of the goods or services sold at sales tables on its premises.
