FFCRA Toolkit

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires certain employers, including Texas A&M University-Commerce, to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. To learn more about the provisions of this paid leave and the qualifying reasons for this type of leave, please see below. The A&M System is developing Workday programming for qualified employees to submit these new leaves. Details will be provided as soon as available.
