Spring Semester

January 15-May 16:  Yoga is offered every Tuesday at 12-1pm and also on Thursdays at 5:15-6pm!


The Employee Wellness Program offers a small schedule of fitness-based classes for all levels. The formats offered have been proven to enhance the mind-body connection and workplace focus and productivity. We aim to offer our faculty and staff options to take a rejuvenating healthy break during the workday. 

Employees interested in additional times, formats, and class offerings are encouraged to check the MRC Group Fitness schedule. Memberships to the Morris Recreation Center are discounted for employees at a discounted rate. For more information, visit the MRC Membership page.
