Food Preparation

Culinary expression is an important way to demonstrate innovativeness and creativity. Many Showcase participants may choose (and indeed have expressed interest) to exhibit their creativity through original cuisine, presentation, and/or the delivery of their food product(s). In order to promote a more sanitary event, participants who will be preparing/handling food products are required to read, fill-out, sign and turn-in the following food handling procedure sheet to Andrea Slobodnikova or Dr. Mario Hayek in the Management Department (BA 336).
