We believe leadership is about immersing students in transformative experiences where they can develop and reflect on their leadership skills, and apply them to other situations in their lives. While all of our programs incorporate experiential leadership, the following are our signature leadership programs.

The Office of Intercultural Engagement & Leadership offers educational workshops for students based on Gallup’s world-renowned CliftonStrengths assessment, which measures 34 research-validated talent themes. These workshops help students understand and grow confident in who they are and how they can contribute to the world. Certified staff facilitate student learning and help guide the development of individual talents into strengths.
