About Us

The Children's Learning Center, a nationally accredited, 4-Star program, offers parents who are university students, faculty or staff the luxury of worry-free, on-campus child care in a learning atmosphere while they concentrate on their work

Each department of the CLC offers:

  • Pretend Play 
  • Story Time
  • Meals and afternoon snacks
  • Hands-on experience with science, math, language arts, music, and art
  • Center Play
  • Rest Time

The CLC consists of four areas:

  • Infant (ages 6 weeks-17 months)
  • Toddler (ages 18 months-3 years)
  • Preschool (ages 3, 4, and 5 years)
  • After-School/KID CAMP (ages 6-12)

The CLC has caring and qualified staff:

  • Director (BS Occupational Education)
  • Assistant Director (Child Development Associate/Administrator's Credential)
  • Lead Teachers (All CDA certified)
  • Assistant Teachers (All CDA certified)
  • Teacher Aides (24hrs training)
  • Student Workers (24hrs training)
  • Cook

The Children's Learning Center carefully plans meals and snacks with proper nutrition in mind. Monthly tuition includes two meals and a snack each day of your child.
