The CLC follows the university calendar except for 3 staff in-service days. We are open Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. till 5:30 p.m. We require all children to be in care by 9:00 a.m. A $25.00 charge will be assessed for every 5 minutes late after the 5:30 p.m. closing time. This fee will need to be paid for the child to return to care. Please refer to the Parent Handbook regarding other drop-off and pick-up information.
The Tuition Schedule is set up into three categories (students, faculty/staff, community) and many categories based on age group and number of days scheduled to attend. Fees are monthly fees that are billed on the first of each month with half due on the 1st and 15th of that month. Fees can be prorated for students and faculty/staff for certain months due to semester schedules. A registration fee is due to hold your child’s slot. Each following semester, a family semester fee is due to hold slots. The CLC also provides diapers and wipes for a fee based on scheduled attendance to help families both for convenience and financial.
