Women & Weights teaches the fundamentals of strength training in a comfortable and inclusive environment for all individuals identifying themselves as females. Through the development of proper form and movements, women will build the confidence to incorporate various exercises into their own strength training programs.

Beat the Heat

Beat the Heat is a fun and challenging outdoor boot camp style small group training that provides a full-body workout that helps build strength and endurance. Focusing on class comradery and high energy each class won’t look the same by utilizing multiple pieces of equipment! We promise you won’t have another dull workout again!
