Getting Started

  1. All clients must complete the Client Agreement, Client PARQ, and sign the Waiver Liability Form prior to starting their training sessions. Forms are located in the right sidebar.
  2. A package must be purchased prior to submitting forms and being paired with a personal trainer
  3. Please note that non-MRC member PT rates do not include access to the facility. An $ 8.00-day pass will need to be purchased prior to entering the facility and participating in each Personal Training Session.
  4. You will have a meeting prior to starting your sessions that will include an initial consultation and a fitness assessment (body fat and body mass index measurements, muscular strength and endurance testing, cardiovascular fitness testing, and a flexibility assessment)
  5. Clients desiring only an in-depth fitness and wellness assessment may purchase a one-hour assessment session separately.
  6. Sessions are approximately one hour in length but may vary according to the client's needs.
  7. All Personal Training sessions must be held in the Morris Recreation Center.
  8. The expiration policy requires the completion of all personal training sessions within the number of weeks equivalent to the number of sessions purchased. Personal training sessions are void after this time period.
  9. Once a package has been purchased, no refunds will be issued for personal training sessions.
  10. In special circumstances of illness or injury, refunds may be given at the discretion of the program director. A physician's note may be required.
