Who are we?

Eco Reps are undergraduate students who live in the residential halls on campus, and represent, educate and engage residents on sustainability, recycling and the importance of taking care of our community and the environment, as a whole.
Eco Reps help build community by creating a welcoming environment, assisting residents with questions and concerns regarding sustainability and recycling in their assigned residential hall.
Become an EcoRep!
We hire new EcoReps for a one-year term each summer.  Each EcoRep is assigned a specific residence hall and is responsible for the following:
  • Plan events promoting sustainable living
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability office & RAs to plan more sustainable events
  • Campaign for the University to implement more sustainable practices across campus
