Application Process

How to Apply for Housing

1. Apply to Texas A&M University-Commerce and be fully admitted.

2. Sign into your myLEO account.
*Note: It may take up to 48 hours before you are able to access the housing application after being accepted to the university

3. Click Apps. Select Residential Living and Learning. Select Apply Now.

4. In the drop down menu, you will select the option that best suits your needs.  Once you make a selection and click save and continue, your application will appear.  Please make sure to check the dates on the application to ensure these are the dates you wish to live in on-campus housing. If the dates are correct, click Apply.

5. Complete the application. If applying before May 2021, you will follow the three step  process in the application: 1) Pay your fee, 2) Sign contracts and create roommate groups, 3) Return on the date your timeslot opens to select your room.

***You will not be allowed to move on campus until you have submitted your Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination records.

How to submit Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Records:

1. Log into myLEO to enter the Student Portal.  You will need your CWID number and password.
2. Click on the Student Resource Tab
3. Scroll down to the Verify Meningitis Shot Requirement and click on the link.
4. You will automatically be directed to the Magnus Health’s Service account page, click on that link.
5. Your myLEO account is linked to your Magnus Health account through a single-sign-on; therefore, you do not need to create an additional username and password.
6. You will be asked to verify your personal information
7. A one-time $12.50 processing fee payable to: Magnus Health SMR (debit or credit card required)
8. You will then be guided through the rest of the verification process through Magnus Health
