Welcome to the College of Business at Texas A&M University – Commerce! I am delighted and extremely honored to serve as the new dean of the College of Business and I’m proud to share with you what sets us apart and makes us an exceptional place to receive a business education.
I was drawn to the College of Business because its intense focus on fulfilling its mission was evident everywhere I looked. Preparing conscientious, career-ready, professionals who can succeed in a dynamic and global workplace underpins everything from academic advising to career services to the classroom experience.
Our undergraduate and graduate programs are delivered by an outstanding faculty that brings top-notch academic credentials, robust research programs, and extensive professional experience into the classroom with them every day. We are dedicated to excellence in teaching and offer a range of innovative programs, including undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, General Business, Management and Marketing. Recognizing that the “nuts and bolts” of business are not enough in today’s economy, we also offer extensive career-preparation programs and have strong relationships with alumni and regional businesses providing internship and career opportunities for our students.
