Barbara Fisher Memorial Scholarship
1. Recipient should be an outstanding, full time masters level, and Student Personnel and Guidance major 2. Award will be annual of $125.00 3. Award given at Honor's Day Program each Spring 4. Recipient nominated by Departmental Faculty and chosen by the Faculty with a secret ballot.

Doctoral Student Scholarship Fund
Doctoral students who are actively pursuing a doctorate in any academic area at A&M-Commerce and who are active in U. activities, have demonstrated leadership potential, who have records of proven scholarship, and who have completed the residency requirement for the doctorate.

Graduate Fellowship Endowment
1. To provide scholarships to full-time graduate students in good standing pursuing a graduate degree from any department at the university (in accordance with University scholarship selection policies). 2. Demonstration of financial need and demonstrated motivation to complete the degree shall also be considered.  A committee appointed by the Dean of Graduate Studies and Research shall select the recipients for this scholarship.   
J. Cullen Sowers Graduate Scholarship
1. Awarded to first year, masters level, graduate student with financial need 2. Annual award of $100.00 given at the Honors Day Luncheon 3. Recipient must have high academic qualifications and promise to have an outstanding professional career 4. Recipient should be a student who will continue his/her education at East Texas State University after receiving the award 5. Recipient is selected from students nominated by their Department Heads 6. Selection is made by a committee made up from Graduate Faculty members
Jerry and Marilyn Morris Endowment
1. Preference will be given to the average student   2. Students who are receiving academic merit scholarships or student who have such financial need that federal grants provide for their financial assistance should not be considered.
Keith and Nancy McFarland Endowment
Recipients of the Keith and Nancy McFarland Graduate Scholarship must comply with the following requirements throughout the course of the scholarship  1. Recipients must be enrolled in at least 9 graduate credit hours each semester, be in academic good standing, and make satisfactory progress toward graduation.  2. Applicants must provide a one-page statement demonstrating financial need, which addresses the following questions. Your responses are very important to the committee's evaluation of your application (for each section, your response should be 250 words or less).   a. Describe how your immediate family has contributed, and will continue to contribute, to your success as a graduate student.  b. Describe your graduate school experience and major accomplishments that you have achieved since entering your graduate program.  c. Describe your financial need and you career goals and how will this award assist you in meeting your career goals.  3. Vita/ Resume is required   4. Letter of recommendation from major adviser  5. Scholarships shall be in the amount of $1,000 per year. Awardees are also eligible to pay resident tuition for the terms of the scholarship.  
Nancy Ruth Lenoir Memorial Endowment
1.  Must be a graduate student completing a thesis or dissertation.
