A Conversation with Billie
What is your approach to therapy?
My approach to therapy integrates person-centered and dialectical behavioral therapy. I strive to meet clients where they are in their day-to-day lives and guide them on their journey of healing. I also use gestalt therapy techniques to help bring more awareness to my clients’ thoughts and behaviors and cognitive behavioral therapy skills to help reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I believe it is important to work with my clients on a personal and individual level. Working together, I hope to help you achieve the goals you set to get to where you aspire to be.
What do you love most about A&M-Commerce?
I love the atmosphere and friendliness at A&M-Commerce. I also value the diversity throughout the campus.
