Dr. Catherine Cockrell brings a wealth of experience in information technology, management consulting and human resource development to her role, with a proven ability to solve complex business challenges. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and is a member of the Academy of Human Resource Development. Her research interests focus on teams and team effectiveness, leadership, and organizational development—critical areas for fostering success in today's dynamic business environment.
In addition to her PhD, Dr. Cockrell earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler and holds the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, a leading industry credential for project managers.
Dr. Cockrell has demonstrated her leadership across multiple industries, including retail, supply chain, education and healthcare. Her expertise in strategic planning spans areas such as retail, marketing, digital and e-commerce solutions. Beyond her business acumen, she is dedicated to mentoring and developing junior project managers, helping to cultivate the next generation of business leaders.
