What is your approach to therapy?

Every individual is unique and has different needs. Therefore, my approach to therapy is integrative, which means that I have a solid foundation in a wide variety of theoretical approaches. In particular, I draw from humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I collaborate with clients to achieve their goals in an empowering and non-judgmental environment.
