Rochana Kaushik is a graduate student pursuing a master's degree in business analytics at A&M-Commerce. She worked as a graduate research assistant for the Institutional Effectiveness and Research Department under the supervision of Dr. Shonda Gibson. As a graduate research assistant, she’s had the opportunity to participate in different symposiums and learn from her experiences. She participated in the Annual Research Symposium and Graduate Research Symposium at A&M-Commerce, the Annual Research Pathways Symposium at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and the Federation Graduate Student Research Symposium at Texas Woman's University. Being able to attend and compete in these symposiums has helped her expand her horizons in learning about different research areas and topics in various disciplines.
