Trent McGee is passionate about his work and is committed to student success. He is a connector, mentor, advocate and doctoral student at A&M-Commerce. His radiant, positive energy and fun attitude have allowed him to help and encourage the students with whom he works. He works hard to create intentional opportunities for students, helping them to become leaders and setting them up for success.

I help students by providing them with campus resources, connecting them with the campus partners and an acting advocate for them in spaces of leadership.

What do you like most about your career?
I enjoy the opportunity to be an educator to our students. I like to advocate for them, serve as a resource for them, and help them in any way I can.
What do you like to do for fun around Commerce?
In Commerce, I usually go to the downtown square and enjoy hanging out with colleagues. I also like to go to Mugs to grab tea and do work.
Tell us a little about yourself.
I enjoy traveling, reading inspirational books, listening to music, and spending quality time with family members and friends. When I want a good laugh, I watch comedy movies, series or sitcoms.
