My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered therapy. I believe that trust is essential in the therapeutic relationship and that clients have within them the capacity for self-growth.

My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered therapy. I believe that trust is essential in the therapeutic relationship and that clients have within them the capacity for self-growth.
