Advertise with Us!
The Rayburn Student Center is more than an event space. Get the word out about your upcoming event with our digital advertising and poster printing services. Our student designers are eager to help you create materials that will help make your event a success.
Services and Prices
Please allow 5 business days for all small (1-4 poster print jobs) and 7 business days for large (5 and up poster print jobs). Digital requests take 3 business days to process. We appreciate your understanding!
Advertise on the digital displays found throughout the building and dining areas. Departments and Student Organizations can post ads at no charge for free events.
External groups, sponsored groups, and events with fees will be charged $25 per week to advertise.
Requirements:
- 1280 px by 720 px
- RGB color mode
- File must be a JPEG
Note: All submissions must use the dimension below in order to be considered. Submissions that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.
Our Students designers can work with you to design content for our digital display, outdoor marquees or custom projects.
- $50 flat rate, this includes 2 revisions
- $20 per reformatting
We print 24 inch by 36 inch posters on waterproof paper.

Package 1
- 1 poster, 1 outdoor marquee
- $30 for 1 week
- In an effort to ensure outdoor advertising posters do not degrade overtime, we will be limiting advertising to 1 week.
Package 2
- 2 poster, 2 outdoor marquee
- $50 for 1 week
- In an effort to ensure outdoor advertising posters do not degrade overtime, we will be limiting advertising to 1 week.
Package 3
- 3 poster, 3 outdoor marquee
- $70 for 1 week
- In an effort to ensure outdoor advertising posters do not degrade overtime, we will be limiting advertising to 1 week.
