West Texas A&M University invites you to participate in the Texas A&M System 15th Annual Pathways Student Research Symposium to be held on Thursday, November 1st and Friday, November 2nd on the WTAMU campus in Canyon, Texas (15 miles south of Amarillo, TX).
The Symposium is open to all Texas A&M system students with separate categories for undergraduate, master, and doctoral level research. The Pathways Student Research Symposium provides an opportunity for students to present research in a poster or oral format, while interacting and discussing the research with faculty, judges, and other participants. The symposium also provides the participants with a broader exposure to the TAMUS community. The Pathways Research Symposium website has yet to be announced.

Registration and abstract submission has begun for Texas A&M University-Commerce students. The approval form and your research abstract must be submitted by September 14, 2018 by 3:00 p.m. to the OSP (osp@tamuc.edu). Each student participant will need to register with their home institution. Students who do not attend Texas A&M University-Commerce should contact the university in which they are enrolled.
A&M-Commerce Support
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) will support a limited* number of students who register by the deadline and submit an approved research abstract for the symposium. Support includes travel (students will travel to symposium in a bus), hotel, and registration fee. Travel arrangements will be made through the OSP at 903-886-5964 or osp@tamuc.edu.
All information regarding registration, abstracts, oral, and poster presentations will be posted on West Texas A&M University's site.

* The number of students will be limited. Once that predetermined number has been met, the Office of Sponsored Programs will stop accepting any further applications/abstracts and you will be unable to participate in the symposium. This may occur without prior notice.
