Poster Presentation Guidelines

Place the title, author(s), department, university, and mentor's name at the top center of the poster.

  1. Poster presentations are 1-2 minutes long followed by questions from designated judges. The remaining time in your session will be open for audience Q&A.
  2. The title should be in letters at least a 1/2 inch high. Materials will need to be read by attendees online, so lettering on illustrations should be large and legible.
  3. Log into the virtual platform at least 30 minutes prior to your designated time slot to allow for sound check and ensure everthing is working properly for your virtual presentation.
