Dr. Bertulani joins APS Education Committee

Carlos Bertulani Nuclear Theory Astrophysics Neutron Star Stellar Galaxy CosmologyDr. Carlos Bertulani is now a member (2012-2015) of the Committee of Education of the American Physical Society. The committee is responsible for national activities in the area of physics education, meets in Washington D.C. twice a year (spring and fall) in person, and holds
regular teleconferences between face-to-face meetings.  The committee oversees physics education-related efforts in K-12, undergraduate, and graduate education, and develops strategies to increase the number of undergraduate majors in physics.
