Approved Vendors

We have great vendors who have experience working with our University brand, logos, and uphold the quality of the marks throughout the process.

Our Creative Team can help prepare the files you need for your t-shirts, pens, folders and any other trendy items that pop up.

If you need assistance on how to work with a vendor, feel free to contact MarComm@tamuc.edu.  Depending on your quote, you may be working with the Purchasing Department.

Direct to Consumer Agreement

A&M-Commerce, through a direct to consumer agreement, provides licensees non-transferable permission to sell approved items using our name and/or official logo.  These items may only be sold directly to individual consumers through websites, craft shows, flea markets, holiday shows, festivals, gift marts and events organized by religious organizations, schools, counties and states.  No wholesale sales or sales to any third-party retailers are permitted.

There is an annual royalty fee of $100, which allows the distribution or sale of approved items up to $2500.
