Single Sign On/HR Connect

Monthly employees are paid on the first working day of each month.

Employees can view their pay stub electronically in HRConnect at https://sso.tamus.edu.

W-2 Wage and Tax Statements will be sent electronically (if selected) or by mail prior to January 31 of each year. If you have changed your mailing address recently, please update HRConnect or contact the Human Resources Office.

1. Go to https://sso.tamus.edu.
2. Select HR Connect from the menu.
3. Select the Payroll Data tab above your name.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on W-2 Information to edit your information online.
5. Select online Form W-2 and Submit.
