Transcripts

manIt is the applicant's (who is not already a Texas A&M University-Commerce student) responsibility to see that an official transcript is provided. The applicant must submit an official transcript from the most recently attended school at the time they register for their Extended Studies or your enrollment will be delayed until received. Graduate students must have an official transcript sent from the institution from which the highest degree was granted.

An undergraduate student who desires to take courses at Texas A&M University-Commerce and who is not presently working toward a degree at Texas A&M University-Commerce may be admitted as a special student if admission requirements are met. A special student is defined as one entering a study which does not lead toward a degree granted at Texas A&M University-Commerce; students enrolled in the vocational teacher training program; Students attending any course to meet school board or state requirements for public school teachers; students enrolled in isolated personal enrichment courses; students taking pre-professional courses to meet requirements for a state license or students enrolled in any other program or course not applicable towards a degree; and high school students concurrently enrolled.

Enrollment in Texas A&M University-Commerce, Extended Studies does not constitute admission to the University or to any program of study at the University.
