Dr. Randy Harp Receives Clements Award for Outstanding Leadership in Agriculture

Dr. Randy Harp, dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Texas A&M University-Commerce, was honored with the V.A. “Bill” & Marty Clements Award for outstanding leadership in agriculture, presented by Build East Texas 2019. The award was presented at a banquet for the Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership Program.
