Lions Roar in Arlington for TAMUC Day at Globe Life Field

Students, employees and alumni of Texas A&M University-Commerce filed into Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas for TAMUC Day hosted by the defending World Series Champion Texas Rangers on August 4, 2024.
With the purchase of a special ticket, Lion fans received a one-of-a-kind co-branded Rangers baseball cap sporting Lion Blue & Gold.
Fans watched the Rangers as they took on the Boston Red Sox in the contest. Throwing out the ceremonial first pitch before the game was Phillip Ray, Texas A&M University System vice chancellor for business affairs, a 1987 Lion graduate and Distinguished Alumnus.
