TAMUC Curriculum and Instruction Faculty Member Selected for Research Fellowship
The American Educational Research Association (AERA) has selected Dr. Karyn E. Miller, assistant professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at A&M-Commerce, for the fourth cohort of the AERA-Fellowship Program on the Study of Deeper Learning (AERA-SDL).
Supported by The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the AERA-SDL fellowship includes professional development and training activities, and collaboration opportunities with researchers from AERA and the American Institutes for Research. Miller will also receive funding to support her research, “Not Just a Face in a Sea of People: An Exploration of Caring School Culture in Deeper Learning Network Schools.”
