VisCom Students Honored with Awards at National Student Show

On Friday, April 11, students from East Texas A&M University's Visual Communication program had an impressive showing at the 20th Annual National Student Show & Conference, held in Dallas. They earned four awards and received recognition 16 times across seven different categories.

This national competition is open to universities and portfolio finishing schools from across the United States. East Texas A&M students distinguished themselves by winning two of the five Judges' Choice Awards, securing a Best of Category honor and earning 2nd Place in the highly competitive Senior Portfolio category.
