My approach to therapy comes from person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My structure is built on providing an empathetic, diverse and safe space to the client. Every person is unique and facing different life challenges. As a counselor, I focus on what matters to you and in understanding those challenges to help develop self-growth and achieve personal goals.
What do you love most about A&M-Commerce?
How welcoming and warm everyone is on campus and in the community. Although I have been in A&M-Commerce for a short time, I feel at home.
