My approach to therapy is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. Since every person is unique, I believe that every person deserves their own specific approach to combating their own personal struggles and experiences

A Conversation with Shauna

What is your approach to therapy?

My approach to therapy is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. Since every person is unique, I believe that every person deserves their own specific approach to combating their own personal struggles and experiences. I like to meet my clients where they are and work with them side by side to help resolve issues in their life

What do you love most about A&M-Commerce?

I love how diverse and friendly the students are on campus. I especially love that the campus itself has a small-town vibe with the amenities of a much larger university.
