A proud Lion alum, Devante Lampkin graduated from Trimble Tech High School in Fort Worth where he participated in various business programs. Lampkin applied to attend East Texas A&Mon a recommendation from one of his high school teachers who graduated from the university. One of Lampkin's passions is helping build programs that enable others to grow and succeed. That's why he enjoys his career in higher education at East Texas A&M!

What do you like most about your career?
I like to assist students in their journey through the university and help answer any questions they may have along the way. I also enjoy serving as a kind of mentor when students need guidance.
