Third-Party Event Insurance

The Texas A&M University System, as a participant in the University Risk Management Insurance Association (URMIA), provides access to the URMIA Tenant and Users Liability Insurance Program (TULIP). This program enables third-party organizations to obtain insurance for specific events hosted on the East Texas A&M campus. It is designed to offer affordable general liability insurance and accident medical coverage for external users of East Texas A&M facilities. The process is conducted entirely online.

Third-party organizations can visit the TULIP website to obtain quotes.

First-time users of the site must register and create an account. For assistance in obtaining the institution ID, contact East Texas A&M’s Office of Risk Management. The quoting and purchasing process will be conducted directly between the third-party organization and the insurer.
