- Informal Conversations
- Employees are encouraged to resolve issues through open, respectful communication with the involved parties or supervisors whenever possible.
- Contact Employee Relations
- If informal efforts do not resolve the concern, reach out to the Employee Relations Administrator for additional guidance and support at [email protected].
- Formal Complaint
- While informal resolution is encouraged, employees may file a formal complaint at any time, even without first pursuing an informal approach.
