A Conversation with Tyler Devitt
What would you tell a student who is thinking about attending A&M-Commerce?
I know personally I was pretty nervous about going to college and living on my own, but my best advice to you would be to jump in. Jump in and join different orgs, participate in different events, make time for friends and make memories. The best part of A&M-Commerce is that community that you can immerse yourself in and create connections with that will last you a lifetime.
What do you like most about your career?
My career is made exciting and fulfilling through my coworkers and the people that I connect with. The work itself in my job isn't especially exciting, but it is necessary. Just like in life, the company you keep can make all the difference.
How do you help students at A&M-Commerce?
If you find yourself employed here at A&M-Commerce, myself and the other members of the Total Rewards team will help guide you through the process of enrolling in benefits. We want to make sure everyone is happy and healthy and can receive the best care that they can. The overall health of the university staff and faculty directly impacts the quality of life of the students.
