Experiencing Technical Issues?
- If you have trouble logging into your myLEO online account, contact CITE Helpdesk at 903.468.6000 or [email protected]. You will need your university ID and password.
- When you are creating and working with your course in D2L Brightspace (our course management system) and have technical problems, contact Brightspace’s technical support. You can use their online support resources or call 877.325.7778, 24/7.
