Kibum Kwon, Ph.D., is an advocate for innovation. In the classroom, he finds novel ways to inspire his students as they gain skills for training others in various industries throughout the DFW metroplex. When Kibum takes a break from teaching and research, he gives back to his community through service and active membership in a variety of organizations including the Korean Academy of Human Resource Development in America where he serves as a board member.
